可吸收内固定系统与坚固内固定系统在口腔颌面骨骨折手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的比较可吸收内固定系统与坚固内固定系统在口腔颌面骨骨折手术中的应用效果。方法选取100例口腔颌面骨骨折手术患者为研究对象,按不同内固定系统将其分为坚固内固定组(48例,坚固内固定系统)、可吸收组(52例,可吸收内固定系统)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果可吸收组的治疗优良率高于坚固内固定组,并发症总发生率低于坚固内固定组(P<0.05)。两组的切口1期愈合率、咬合功能干扰、坚硬食物无法咀嚼发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论与坚固内固定系统相比,可吸收内固定系统在口腔颌面骨骨折手术中的应用效果理想,具有良好的骨折愈合效果及较低的并发症发生率。Objective To compare the application effects of absorbable internal fixation system and rigid internal fixation system in the operation of oral and maxillofacial bone fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with oral and maxillofacial bone fractures were selected as the research objects.According to different internal fixation systems,the patients were divided into rigid internal fixation group(48 cases,rigid internal fixation system)and absorbable group(52 cases,absorbable internal fixation system).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the absorbable group was higher than that in the rigid internal fixation group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the rigid internal fixation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the first stage healing rate of incision,incidences of occlusal function disturbance and inability to chew hard food between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the rigid internal fixation system,the absorbable internal fixation system has ideal application effect in the operation of oral and maxillofacial bone fractures,with good fractures healing effect and lower incidence of complications.
