摘 要:如何平衡企业履行社会责任和创新实践的资源需求、兼顾资源配置最优化与企业价值最大化目标协同,是当前中国企业亟待解决的一大问题。基于负责任创新、动态能力等理论假说,本文以2010—2016年575家中国高新技术上市企业为样本,运用GMM模型实证考察了企业社会责任与创新能力的动态交互关系,并进一步检验了非正式制度因素(企业内部责任文化与外部社会声誉)的调节效应。结果表明:相比当期企业社会责任,滞后一期的企业社会责任更能促进当期企业创新能力的提升,而当期创新能力的提升也显著改善了同期企业社会责任水平;发现浓厚的企业责任文化能有效强化企业社会责任对创新能力的促进机制,且良好的企业社会声誉提升了创新能力对企业社会责任的影响。本研究对厘清企业社会责任与创新能力间的关系提供了经验证据,也为企业优化资源配置、兼顾社会责任履行和创新能力提升具有重要参考价值。How to balance the resource demand of enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and innovate practice is a big problem that needs to be solved urgently by Chinese enterprises.Based on the theories of responsible innovation and dynamic capability,it investigated 575 Chinese listed companies in high-tech industry to examine dynamic interaction between corporate social responsibility(CSR)and innovation capability.Furthermore,it analyzed the moderating effect of informal institutional factors(corporate internal responsibility culture and external social reputation).The results show that CSR with a lag of one period promotes innovation ability of enterprises in the current period better than CSR in the current period,and the improvement of innovation ability in the current period also significantly improves the level of CSR in the same period;strong corporate responsibility culture plays a positive moderator in the promotion mechanism of CSR on innovation ability,while good social reputation positively moderates the effect of innovation ability on CSR.The conclusions not only provide empirical evidence about the relationship between CSR and corporate innovation ability,but also have important significance for enterprises to optimize resource allocation,give consideration to social responsibility fulfillment and innovation ability improvement.
