全面建设小康社会“母亲微笑行动”在践行

摘　　要：对中国整形外科医师30年践行"母亲微笑行动"的回顾。1990年由韩凯医师等发起,1991年由专业技术水平较高的整形外科医师们组成志愿者团队开展了"母亲微笑行动"。30年来对共对3万余例先天性唇腭裂贫困患儿进行义务的整形修复手术,提高了贫困患儿的自信心,改善了贫困患儿家庭的生活质量。精准扶贫、全面实现小康是党的奋斗目标,我们将继续融入到这一行动中去,造福更多的贫困患儿。A review of the 30-year practice of "Operation Smile" by Chinese plastic surgeons. It’s initiated by Dr. Han Kai in1990, and carried out by a volunteer team composed of plastic surgeons with a high level of professional skills in 1991. Over the past30 years, more than 30,000 impoverished children with congenital cleft lip and palate have been subjected to voluntary plastic repair operations, which has improved the self-confidence of impoverished children and the quality of life of their families. Targeted poverty alleviation and the realization of a moderately prosperoussociety in an all-round way are the Party’s goals. We will continue to participate in this action to benefit more poor children.
