摘　　要：全自动焊接机是移动电话液晶屏模组制作过程中的重要设备,可以节省焊接试件,提高工作效率。设计了移动电话液晶屏全自动焊接机,介绍了其结构、功能与工作流程,计算了时序图,并给出了换产点排布与换产明细。Full automatic welding machine is an important device in the manufacturing process of mobile phone LCD screen m odule,which can save welding test pieces and improve work efficiency.A full automatic welding machine for mobile phone LCD screen was designed,its structure,function and work flow were introduced,the sequence diagram was calculated,and the arrangement of product change points and production details were given.
