小型猪糖尿病模型研究进展

摘　　要：猪的代谢机制与人类十分相似,是糖尿病研究的理想模型动物。本文综述了小型猪糖尿病模型的研究进展,包括1型糖尿病模型、2型糖尿病模型、遗传修饰猪糖尿病模型和糖尿病易感猪。Pigs are ideal animals for diabetes mellitus(DM)research for its similarities with human beings on metabolism.The article reviewed the swine models of diabetes mellitus,which focuses on diagnosis of swine diabetes mellitus,type 1 DM,type 2 DM,genetic modified swine for DM and the nature strains/stocks susceptible to DM.
