摘 要:针对某型发动机燃烧室在磁粉探伤过程中发现的异常磁痕,对其所用材料进行化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜能谱检验等理化检测,并详细分析了其磁痕产生的原因。结果表明:材料组织中存在异于基体的金相组织是由于材料中存在着明显的带状微区偏析,成分偏析导致了奥氏体稳定性提高,马氏体转变开始温度降低,致使组织中出现一定数量的条块状残余奥氏体组织,造成磁粉探伤中出现异常磁痕。这类磁痕不影响产品力学性能。Aiming at the abnormal magnetic marks found in the process of magnetic particle inspection in a certain engine combustor,the chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopic energy spectrum examination and other physical and chemical tests were carried out on the materials used,and the causes of the magnetic marks were analyzed in detail.The results show that the existence of the metallographic structure different from the matrix is due to the obvious banded micro-segregation in the material.The composition segregation leads to the increase of Austenite Stability and the decrease of martensitic transformation starting temperature,which results in the occurrence of a certain amount of retained austenite in the structure and the appearance of magnetic particle inspection.This kind of magnetic trace does not affect the mechanical properties of the product.
