摘 要:牙根折裂是根管治疗最严重的并发症之一,根管治疗中对牙体组织的切削、次氯酸钠冲洗液的使用、根管充填时对管壁的压力等均会增加牙根折裂的风险。根管封闭剂与牙本质及牙胶的黏结强度可在一定程度上影响牙根抗折性。临床常用的根管封闭剂主要包括氧化锌丁香酚类、玻璃离子类、树脂类、硅酸钙类及硅酸酮类等,不同类型的封闭剂与牙本质、牙胶等的黏结强度有一定差异,故对牙根抗折性也存在不同程度的影响。本文就不同类型根管封闭剂对牙根抗折性的影响进行综述,为临床选择合适的根管封闭剂提供一定的依据。Root fracture is one of the most serious complications of root canal treatments.Cutting tooth tissue during root canal treatments,using sodium hypochlorite solution,and applying pressure on the wall of the root canal during filling can increase the risk of root fracture.Current research showed that the adhesive strength of root canal sealers with dentin and gutta-percha can affect the fracture resistance of roots to some extent.Several root canal sealers,such as zinc oxide-eugenol-based,glass ionomer-based,resin-based,calcium silicate-based,and silicon-based sealers,are clinically used.The bonding strengths of different types of sealers to dentin and gutta-percha are different.Their impacts on the fracture resistance of root are also different.This article reviews the effect of different root canal sealers on the fracture resistance of roots to provide a basis for a clinical choice of suitable root canal sealers.
