碧兰糊剂、Vitapex糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂在急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较碧兰糊剂、Vitapex糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂在一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎中的应用效果。方法抽取2018年1月至12月平顶山市口腔医院收治的急性牙髓炎患者126例,所有患者均采用一次性根管治疗,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组42例。A组采用碧兰糊剂治疗,B组采用Vitapex糊剂治疗,C组采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂治疗。比较三组患者的近期疗效,同时观察三组术后7天急性反应发生率,随访1年观察三组患者的远期疗效。结果 A、B、C三组的近期疗效分别为95.2%、92.9%、90.5%,三组间的比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B、C三组术后7天急性反应发生率分别为4.8%、9.5%、35.7%,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);A、B、C三组的远期疗效分别为97.6%、95.2%、92.9%,三组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碧兰糊剂、Vitapex糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂在一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎中均有着较高的近远期疗效,但是碧兰糊剂术后急性反应发生率最低,安全性最高。Objective To compare the application of Bi Lan paste,Vitapex paste and zinc oxide iodine imitation paste in one-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 126 patients with acute pulpitis in Pingdingshan Dental Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.All patients were treated with one-time root canal therapy and randomly divided into A、B、C three groups,42 cases in each group.A group was treated with blue paste,B group with Vitapex paste and C group with zinc oxide iodoform paste.To compare the short-term curative effect of the three groups,and to observe the difference of the incidence of acute reaction in the three groups 7 days after operation,and to observe the long-term curative effect of the three groups after 1 year follow-up.Results The short-term effects of A、B、C three groups were 95.2%,92.9%and 90.5%respectively,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).The incidence of acute reaction was 4.8%,9.5%and 35.7%in A、B、C three groups 7 days after operation,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The long-term effects of A、B、C three groups were 97.6%,95.2%,92.9%,and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bi-lan paste,Vitapex paste and zinc oxide iodine imitation paste have high near-term efficacy in the treatment of acute pulpitis with one-time root canal,but the incidence of acute reaction after Bi-lan paste is the lowest and the safety is the highest.
