养正消积胶囊辅助介入化疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊辅助介入化疗治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床效果。方法抽取2017年2月至2019年10月河南大学第一附属医院治疗的原发性肝癌188例患者,随机分为常规组及研究组,每组94例。常规组患者行单纯介入化疗,研究组患者行养正消积胶囊辅助介入化疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后免疫功能、肿瘤坏死因子水平。结果研究组患者近期治疗有效率为71.28%,高于常规组的59.57%(P<0.05),且治疗前两组患者免疫功能、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者TNF-α及可溶性Fas(sFas)水平分别为(28.46±7.13)pg/ml及(434.15±41.32)pg/ml,均低于常规组(P<0.05);CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+及NK细胞水平分别为(65.27±7.16)%、(38.87±4.06)%、(33.47±3.23)%、(1.55±0.37)及(17.31±2.76)%,均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌患者化疗期间加用养正消积胶囊,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者免疫功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of yangzheng xiaoji capsule assisted interventional chemotherapy in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 188 patients who were treated for primary liver cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from February 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into conventional group and research group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with interventional chemotherapy alone,patients in the study group were treated with yangzheng xiaoji capsule and interventional chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,immune function and tumor necrosis factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of recent treatment in the study group was 71.28%,which was significantly higher than 59.57%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune function,tumor necrosis factor levelα(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-αand soluble Fas(sFas)in the study group were(28.46±7.13)pg/ml and(434.15±41.32)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+and NK cell levels were(65.27±7.16)%,(38.87±4.06)%,(33.47±3.23)%,(1.55±0.37)and(17.31±2.76)%,which were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of yangzheng xiaoji capsules in patients with primary liver cancer during chemotherapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and it is of great significance for improving the immune function.
