肺原发性恶性黑色素瘤一例并文献复习

摘　　要：肺原发性恶性黑色素瘤临床罕见,术前诊断较困难,手术是首选治疗方法。本例患者为90岁男性,肿瘤切除后3个月即发生颅脑多发转移,随后予以帕博利珠单抗联合放射治疗,但效果不佳,于术后8个月死亡。Primary pulmonary malignant melanoma is clinically rare,and preoperative diagnosis is difficult,the surgery is the preferred treatment.This patient was a 90-year-old male,multiple brain metastases occurred 3 months after tumor removal.Pembrolizumab combined with radiotherapy was subsequently given,but the effect was not good.He died 8 months after surgery.
