胜任力对高校心理委员主观幸福感的影响:社会支持与应对方式的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持和应对方式在胜任力和高校心理委员主观幸福感之间的链式中介作用。方法:采用心理委员胜任力量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式量表、总体幸福感量表对423名高校心理委员进行问卷调查。结果:①胜任力对心理委员主观幸福感有正向预测作用;②社会支持是胜任力与心理委员主观幸福感之间的中介变量;③应对方式是社会支持与心理委员主观幸福感之间的中介变量;④社会支持和应对方式在胜任力和心理委员主观幸福感之间起链式中介作用。结论:胜任力不仅直接影响心理委员主观幸福感,还通过社会支持与应对方式影响心理委员主观幸福感。Objectiveto explore the chain intermediary role of social support and coping mode between competence and subjective well-being of college psychological committee members.Methods423 college psychological committee members were investigated by using competency strength scale,perceived social support scale,simple coping style scale and overall well-being scale.Results(1)competence had a positive predictive effect on the subjective well-being of psychological committee members;(2)social support is a mediating variable between competence and subjective well-being of psychological members;(3)coping style is an intermediary variable between social support and psychological members’subjective well-being;(4)social support and coping style play a chain intermediary role between competence and subjective well-being of psychological members.Conclusioncompetency not only directly influences the subjective well-being of psychological members,but also influences the subjective well-being of psychological members through social support and coping style.
