摘　　要：新工科是基于国家战略发展新需求、国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求提出的工程教育改革方向。“新工科”建设对材料学科实验室建设和人才队伍建设提出了新目标和新要求。该文阐述了新工科历史缘由、内涵特征,探讨了以新工科为契机的材料学科实验室建设理念和思路,提出了建设新工科背景下材料学科实验室的措施。基于当前材料学科实验人才队伍存在问题,凝练出适合新工科背景的实验人才队伍建设方法,旨在为高等教育改革、传统工科实验室改革、新工科建设实践提供理论基础和参考价值,为加强实验室建设和落实新工科人才队伍建设提供策略。The new engineering is the direction of the engineering education reform proposed based on the new requirements of national strategic development,the new situation of international competition,and the new requirements of setting high moral standards and cultivating talents.The new engineering construction has proposed new goals and new requirements for the construction of the material discipline laboratory and the talent team.The article explains the historical reasons and connotation characteristics of the new engineering,explores the idea and thought for the laboratory construction of material discipline with the new engineering as the opportunity,and proposes specific path and measures of the material discipline laboratory in the context of new engineering.In response to the existing challenges in the experimental talent team of the material discipline,the article identifies measures and methods suitable for the experimental talent team construction of materials discipline in the context of new engineering.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for the higher education reform,traditional engineering laboratory reform,and the construction practice of new engineering.It is also committed to offering strategies for strengthening the laboratory construction and implementing the overall cultivation of the new engineering talent team.
