摘  要:毕业设计环节是化学工程与工艺专业本科教学阶段最后一个重要的实践教学环节。结合石河子大学与华东理工大学"1+2+1"联合培养生的实际情况,探索实践大四前完成毕业设计工作。分析了目前毕业设计环节在培养模式上存在的选题盲目性、培养片面性以及指导教师工程经验不足等缺点。根据"新工科"教育范式对工程科技人才的培养要求,结合化学工程与工艺专业特色,依托"全国大学生化工设计竞赛",联合培养生与本校生共同进行统一任务的毕业设计,进行了毕业设计教学模式的探索与实践,建设一支由高水平教师、企业高级技术人员组成的双师型指导教师队伍,从而更好的提升学生的综合能力及职业素养。Graduation project is the last important practical teaching link in the undergraduate teaching stage of chemical engineering and technology specialty.Combined with the actual situation of"1+2+1"joint cultivation of students in Shihezi University and East China University of science and technology,this paper explores the practice of completing graduation project before senior year.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current training mode of graduation design,such as the blindness of topic selection,the one sidedness of training and the lack of engineering experience of the instructor.According to the requirements of the"new engineering"education paradigm for engineering and technology talents,combined with the characteristics of chemical engineering and technology specialty,relying on the"National Chemical Engineering Design Competition"to carry out the graduation design work this paper explores and practices the teaching mode of graduation design,and tries to build a team of double qualified instructors composed of high-level teachers and senior technical personnel of enterprises,so as to better improve the comprehensive ability and professional quality of students.
