摘  要:研制一种生化防护服适配型降温背心,并在模拟高温环境中评价其降温效果。利用文献检索、市场调研和专家咨询等方法,优化背心设计思路并试制原型;模拟多种湿热环境,针对核心部件的工作参数进行优化,形成二代产品;最后,在穿着防护服条件下,在环境温度为30℃、35℃时,分静息和运动两种工作状态评价降温背心的使用效果。形成了一套水冷降温背心的设计思路并制作初步产品,包括:半导体制冷片、风冷散热器、微流道换热板、微型高扬程水泵、水冷背心和智能温控等核心部件;优化后的二代产品在环境温度小于40℃且非人体穿着时,背心内温度比环境温度低12K;在环境温度30℃的条件下,试用者穿着降温背心时,其防护服内的温度、人员反应时和主观热感觉等指标均优于不穿降温背心时(所有P<0.05)。目前的成型产品为背包式,质量为2.5 kg,穿着舒适,续航时间为1.5~3h。表明生化防护服适配型降温背心降温功能较好,具有一定的实用性和潜在的转化开发价值。A kind of special cooling vest for biochemical protective clothing is developed and its cooling effect in a simulated high temperature environment is evaluated. Production design of the cooling vest is optimized and trial produced through document analysis,market research and expert consultation. A variety of hot and humid environments are simulated,and the core parts of our designed vests are optimized to form a second-generation product. Finally,the efficacy at the high temperature experiment platform of 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ under resting state and exercising state is evaluated. A new cooling vest system is developed,composed by a semiconductor chilling plate,a fan-cooled radiator,a micro-channel heat exchanger,a mini water pump and an intelligent control. When the ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and not worn by human body,the temperature inside the vest is 12 K lower than that of the environment. Under an ambient temperature of 30 ℃ and worn by human body,the indicators such as temperature inside the vest,personnel reaction time and subjective thermal sensation are better than those without cooling vest( all P<0. 05). The current molding product is a backpack type with a mass of 2.5 kg,comfortable to wear,and the endurance time of 1. 5 ~ 3 h. The results show that the biochemical protective clothing adaptable cooling vest has better cooling function,which has potential value of transformation development.
