摘  要:本学期生物学专业研究生的分子免疫学与生物医药进展课程采用了线上教学和线下实践相结合的教学方式。在新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的大背景下,教学内容以"抗病毒免疫"为核心,将SARS-CoV2引起的COVID-19的免疫学机制贯穿整个教学过程,并以疾病的最新研究进展作为教学内容之一。教学过程中将"立德树人"的教学观与教学内容有机结合。课程拓展过程中引导学生参与科普宣传活动及综述撰写。本文分享了教学前准备、教学内容新设计、学生学习成果汇报的教学实践过程,梳理了本次教学的特点和不足,以期为进一步改进教学提供方向。In this semester,we adopted the strategy of combining online teaching and offline practice in teaching class of Progress in Molecular Immunology and Medicine for graduate students majoring in biology.Under the background of outbreak of COVID-19,content of courses with the core of "anti-virus immunity" was adopted.The immunological mechanisms of COVID-19 induced by SARS-CoV2 were taught throughout the whole process,and the latest research progress of disease was taken as one of the teaching contents.We also combine the teaching concept of "moral education" with the teaching content.In the extension course,students are guided to participate in scientific educational activities and review writing.We shared the preparation before teaching,new design of teaching content,achievements from students′ learning,and summaries of characteristics and shortcomings of teaching in this paper,in order to provide direction for further improvement of teaching.
