摘  要:高速铁路大跨度钢桥的梁端纵向伸缩量大且变位复杂,需设置钢轨伸缩调节器与梁端伸缩装置。为保证梁端区域行车安全平稳,开展了梁端伸缩装置总体方案和结构构造设计研究,提出了基于性能的梁-轨一体化伸缩装置设计方法,对梁端伸缩装置各项性能进行了分析验证。研究结果表明:在梁端设计总伸缩量±900 mm及以下范围,下承式和上承式梁端伸缩装置均能满足结构整体刚度要求,上承式梁端伸缩装置因支承梁高度受限,需增大支承梁截面宽度,同时增加支承梁数量;下承式梁端伸缩装置设计应考虑与钢轨伸缩调节器的协同,伸缩区扣件建议选择纵向阻力较小且相对稳定的轨撑式扣件;以甬舟铁路西堠门大桥为例,基于弦测法和车桥耦合振动分析结果表明,±900 mm上承式梁端伸缩装置可以满足梁端行车安全和平稳的性能要求。The rail expansion joint(REJ)and bridge expansion joint(BEJ)shall be installed at the girder end of high speed railway(HSR)long span steel bridge due to the large expansion amount in the longitudinal direction and the complexity of displacement.To guarantee the running safety and comfort of running train on the girder end,the overall design and detailed structure of bridge expansion joint were studied and the performance-based design method was proposed.The performance of bridge expansion joint was analyzed and verified.Results show that both of the through and deck type BEJ can satisfy the requirements of overall stiffness at the scale of total expansion of±900 mm.The deck type BEJ shall increase the width and the number of supporting beam.As for the through type BEJ,the coordination of BEJ and REJ shall be considered,and the fastener with lower resistance shall be selected.Taking Xihoumen Bridge of Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway as an example,the running safety and stability of running train on the girder end can be satisfied for the deck-type BEJ according to the analysis based on the chord measuring method and bridge-vehicle coupled vibration.
