摘　　要：通过文献分析和国内外创新团队案例分析,从创新环境、创新投入、创新产出以及创新潜能4个维度构建高水平创新团队创新能力评价指标体系。利用DS证据合成理论,以XX院士生物工程创新团队为例,对高水平创新团队的创新能力进行实证研究。研究发现,当前高水平创新型团队的创新能力总体处于"好",但仍存在科研资助力度较小、高风险研究重视不足等问题。Through literature analysis and case analysis of domestic and foreign innovation teams,this paper constructs a high-level innovation team innovation ability evaluation index system from four dimensions:innovation environment,innovation input,innovation output and innovation potential.This paper takes the bioengineering innovation team of XX academician as an example,and uses DS evidence synthesis theory to conduct empirical research on the innovation ability of high-level innovation teams.The study found that the current high-level innovative team's innovation ability is generally"good",but there are still problems such as small research funding and inadequate attention to high-risk research.
