摘  要:食品接触材料与食品安全密切相关,食品接触材料中再生料问题备受关注。本文采用FTIR(傅立叶变换红外光谱)和DSC(差示扫描量热)技术对以聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材质为主的食品接触材料进行材质鉴别。分别介绍了三种材质样品的FTIR特征谱峰和DSC曲线特征,结合FTIR和DSC测试结果,简单快捷地分析了食品接触材料样品PE、PP和PET的成分、组成及热性能。本研究将为后续再生料鉴别提供理论和数据参考。Food contact materials are closely related to food safety,and recycled materials in food contact materials are of great concern.In this paper,FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)were used to identify the food contact materials mainly made of polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The characteristic peaks of FTIR and DSC curves of three kinds of samples were introduced.Combined with the results of FTIR and DSC,the components,compositions and thermal properties of PE,PP and PET were analyzed.This study will provide theoretical and data reference for the identification of recycled materials.
