摘　　要：根据衡水学院培养应用型高级专门人才、服务地方经济社会发展的办学理念,分析了《橡胶配方设计》课程所在的人才培养课程体系,明确了课程定位与教学目标,为达到向衡水工程橡胶产业提供技术人才的要求,创新教学内容,改革教学方法,教学内容更加具有针对性和实用性,教学过程中更加突出学生的主体地位,从而全面锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的实际应用能力,提高学生的职业技能和职业素质。According to the university-running ideas of Hengshui University that educate the practice-oriented advanced and professional personnel and service local economic and social development,the curriculum with rubber formulation designing is analysed,the course orientation and teaching objectives is clarified.In order to provide technical personnel for rubber industry of Hengshui,the teaching contents is innovated,the teaching methods is reformed,the teaching content is more targeted and practical,the students'dominant position is highlighted in the process of teaching,so that the practical ability of analyzing and solving problems is fully exercised,the professional skills and quality is improved.
