摘  要:目的探细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)、p27及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在前列腺癌中的表达情况及意义。方法收集经手术切除的86例前列腺癌患者的前列腺癌组织标本和38例前列腺增生患者的前列腺增生组织标本,比较两种组织中cyclin D1、p27、PCNA的阳性表达情况,分析cyclin D1、p27、PCNA的阳性表达与前列腺癌患者临床特征的关系及前列腺癌组织中cyclin D1、p27、PCNA表达的相关性。结果前列腺癌组织中cyclin D1、PCNA的阳性表达率均明显高于前列腺增生组织,p27的阳性表达率明显低于前列腺增生组织(P﹤0.01)。低分化、有骨转移的前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中p27的阳性表达率分别低于高分化、无骨转移的前列腺癌患者,PCNA的阳性表达率分别高于高分化、无骨转移的前列腺癌患者(P﹤0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,前列腺癌组织中cyclin D1与p27的表达呈负相关(r=-0.687,P﹤0.01),cyclin D1与PCNA的表达呈正相关(r=0.612,P﹤0.01),p27与PCNA的表达呈负相关(r=-0.598,P﹤0.01)。结论cyclin D、PCNA在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高,p27在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率低,三者与前列腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of cyclin D1,p27 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in prostate cancer.Method Cancer tissue specimens from 86 patients with prostate cancer and benign tissue specimens from 38 prostate hyperplasia patients with surgical resection were collected.The positive expression rate of cyclin D1,p27 and PCNA were detected and compared between the two tissues.The relationship between the expression of these markers and clinical features of the prostate cancer patients were analyzed and their correlation was also calculated.Result The positive expression rate of cyclin D1 and PCNA in prostate cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of benign prostate hyperplasia tissue,and the positive expression rate of p27 was significantly lower than that of prostate hyperplasia tissue(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of p27 in the prostate cancer tissues from patients with poorly differentiated prostate cancer and bone metastasis was lower than those with well-differentiated prostate cancer and without bone metastasis,respectively,and the positive expression rate of PCNA was higher than those with well differentiated prostate cancer and without bone metastasis,respectively(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis indicated that the expression of cyclin D1 and p27 in prostate cancer tissue was negatively correlated(r=-0.687,P<0.01),the expression of cyclin D1 and PCNA was positively correlated(r=0.612,P<0.01),and the expression of p27 and PCNA was negatively correlated(r=-0.598,P<0.01).Conclusion The positive rate of cyclin D1 and PCNA expression in prostate cancer was high while p27 expression was low in prostate cancer,which indicating that these markers are closely related to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
