摘　　要：交通拥挤收费是交通需求管理的重要手段之一,其理论基础是边际成本定价理论。通过探讨收费方案及方式的类型和特征,然后对不同收费方案及方式的影响因素进行分析,最后,结合不同收费方案及方式的特征和影响因素,对收费方案及方式的选择进行研究。Congestion pricing is one of the important means of traffic demand management,and its theoretical basis is marginal cost pricing theory.This paper discusses the types and characteristics of charging schemes and modes,then analyzes the influencing factors of different charging schemes and modes.Finally,it summarizes the selection of charging schemes and modes combining with the characteristics and influencing factors of different charging schemes and modes.
