高原移居人群眼科疾病515例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高原移居人群眼科疾病的发生情况。方法对2350例高原移居者的眼科疾病发生情况进行统计分析。结果 2350例高原移居者中患眼科疾病515例(21.9%),其中位居前4位的分别是视功能异常改变146例(28.3%),高原紫外线角结膜炎94例(18.3%),慢性结膜血管扩张症70例(13.6%),眼底异常改变64例(12.4%)。高原移居人群眼科疾病发生率与患者居住地海拔高度、移居高原时间呈正相关(r=0.75、0.73, P<0.05)。结论高原移居者由于受到特殊自然环境、不良饮食生活习惯的影响,加之防护不当,很容易造成眼部损害。高原特殊的自然环境对移居者眼科疾病的发生起着始动作用,而不良饮食生活习惯及防护不当则促进或加重部分眼科疾病的发生,应采取相应预防措施。Objective To discuss the occurrence of ophthalmological diseases in high-altitude immigrants. Methods The incidence of ophthalmological diseases in 2350 high-altitude migrants was analyzed. Results Among 2350 high altitude migrants, 515 cases(21.9%) suffered from ophthalmic diseases, of which 146 cases(28.3%) had abnormal visual function, 94 cases(18.3%) had high altitude ultraviolet keratoconjunctivitis, 70 cases(13.6%) had chronic conjunctival angioectasis, and 64 cases(12.4%) had abnormal fundus changes. There was a positive correlation between the incidence of ophthalmological diseases and the altitude of residence and the time of moving to high altitude(r=0.75, 0.73, P<0.05). Conclusion Immigrants on the plateau can easily cause eye damage due to the special natural environment, bad eating habits, and improper protection. The special natural environment of the plateau plays an initial role in the occurrence of ophthalmological diseases of migrants, and poor dietary habits and improper protection can promote or aggravate the occurrence of some ophthalmic diseases, and corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
