GuttaFlow 2与AH-Plus两种根管封闭剂根尖封闭性能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价GuttaFlow 2与AH-Plus两种根管封闭剂的根充效果和根尖封闭性能。方法收集60颗大连口腔医院口腔外科门诊拔除的前磨牙样本,随机分为阳性对照组(8颗)、阴性对照组(8颗)、GuttaFlow 2观察组(22颗)、AH-Plus观察组(22颗)。AH-Plus观察组采用AH-Plus注入后充填光固化复合树脂, GuttaFlow 2观察组采用GuttaFlow 2注入后充填光固化复合树脂,阴性对照组和阳性对照组直接光固化复合树脂将牙髓腔、根管口封闭。将GuttaFlow 2观察组、AH-Plu观察组、阳性对照组牙表面(除根尖孔2 mm以外)及阴性对照组牙根表面、根尖孔涂抹2次指甲油。采用透明牙法观察根尖微渗漏情况。比较各组的染料渗透长度。结果阴性对照组无染料渗透, GuttaFlow2观察组染料渗透长度为(2.47±0.65)mm,短于AH-Plus观察组及阳性对照组的(4.89±0.91)、(13.06±0.89)mm, AH-Plus观察组短于阳性对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GuttaFlow 2根管封闭剂与AH-Plus在椭圆形根管单尖法充填时均有良好的效果。GuttaFlow 2常温流动牙胶充填系统能更好的封闭根管尖端,在临床上可推广应用。Objective To evaluate the root filling effect and apical sealing performance of two root canal sealants GuttaFlow 2 and AH-Plus. Methods 60 premolars extracted in surgical clinic were randomly divided into positive control group(8 teeth), negative control group(8 teeth), GuttaFlow 2 observation group(22 teeth) and AH-Plus observation group(22 teeth). The AH-Plus observation group was filled with light-curing composite resin after AH-Plus injection, the GuttaFlow 2 observation group was filled with light-curing composite resin after GuttaFlow 2 injection, the negative and positive control group was directly light-cured composite resin to seal the pulp cavity and root canal, and the negative control group was filled with, then dyed with Indian ink, demineralized, dehydrated, and made transparent. Nail polish was performed 2 times on the surface of the teeth(except the root tip hole 2 mm) in GuttaFlow 2 observation group, AH-Plu observation group and the positive control group, and the root surface and apical foramen of the negative control group. The apical microleakage was observed by transparent teeth method. The dye penetration length of the four groups were compared. Results The negative control group has no dye penetration. The dye penetration length of the GuttaFlow2 observation group was(2.47±0.65) mm, which was shorter than the(4.89±0.91) and(13.06±0.89) mm of the AH-Plus observation group and the positive control group, AH-Plus observation group was shorter than the positive control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Both GuttaFlow 2 root canal sealer and AHPlus have good effects when filling oval root canal with single tip. GuttaFlow 2 room temperature flowing guttapercha filling system can better seal the tip of the root canal, which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
