摘  要:以某型有轨电车轮对轴承为研究对象,针对轴承在使用过程中出现的早期失效,利用理论计算、形貌及金相检验等技术手段,分析导致轴承失效的原因为轴承与车轮、车轴安装配合尺寸链设计不当,使轴承产生过大的负游隙,增加了轴承附加载荷,导致轴承疲劳剥落。依据分析结果,提出轴承游隙优化方案,经装车使用验证,解决了轮对轴承早期疲劳剥落问题。Taking a type of wheel bearings for tramcar as research objects,aimed at early failure of the bearings during use,the technical means such as theoretical calculation,morphology and metallographic examination are used,the failure reason is improper design of dimension chain of the bearings,wheel and axle during matching installation,the bearings produce excessive negative clearance,the additional load of the bearings are increased,resulting in fatigue spalling of the bearings.According to analysis results,the optimization scheme is put forward for clearance of the bearings.The problem of early fatigue spalling of wheel bearings is solved through verification of loading and use.
