摘 要:采用Gleeble-3800型热模拟机研究了DZ2高速车轴钢在应变速率0.01~10 s-1、温度900~1150℃时的热压缩变形行为,分析了热压缩变形时该钢的流变应力、变形温度及应变速率之间的关系,通过线性回归确定了其流变应力本构方程,建立了其在不同应变下的热加工图。结果表明:DZ2车轴钢在高温热压缩时流变应力随变形温度的减小而增大,随应变速率的升高而增大。当应变速率等于0.01 s-1时,DZ2车轴钢的流变应力曲线表现为动态再结晶特征。DZ2车轴钢的热变形激活能为356.64 kJ·mol-1。在低温高应变速率区(温度为950~1020℃,应变速率为1~5 s-1)以及高温低应变速率区(温度为1050~1150℃,应变速率为<1 s-1)这2个区域为变形安全区,适合DZ2高速车轴钢进行热加工。Hot compression deformation behavior of high speed axle steel DZ2 deformed at 900-1150 ℃ with strain rate 0.01-10 s-1 was studied by using Gleeble-3800 thermo-mechanical simulator. The relationship among the flow stress, deformation temperature and strain rate of the steel during hot compression was analyzed. The flow stress constitutive equation of the steel was determined by linear regression, and its processing maps under different strains were established.The results show that the flow stress of the steel increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. When the strain rate is 0.01 s-1, the flow stress curve of the DZ2 steel shows dynamic recrystallization characteristics. The hot deformation activation energy of the DZ2 steel is 356.64 kJ·mol-1. The region of low temperature and high strain rate(temperature of 950-1020 ℃,strain rate of 1-5 s-1),and the region of high temperature and low strain rate(temperature of 1050-1150 ℃,strain rate of <1 s-1) are the safety zones, which are suitable for deformation of the high speed axle steel DZ2.
