摘　　要：教育质量监控体系是提升教育教学质量的重要保障。在1+X证书制度背景下,中等职业教育质量监控主体、监控内容、监控手段及监控过程都将面临新的机遇和挑战。当前,中等职业教育质量监控体系仍然存在监控主体观念滞后、社会参与度不高、监控手段单一、监控内容偏失等问题。为此,需要在深刻理解1+X证书内涵及相关要求的基础上,更新监控理念、拓展监控对象、革新监控技术、完善监控制度、提高监控主体参与度等。Education quality monitoring system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching.Under the background of 1+X certificate system,the subject,content,means and process of quality control of secondary vocational education will face new opportunities and challenges.At present,there are still some problems in the quality control system of secondary vocational education,such as the lagging idea of the subject of supervision,the low social participation,the single means of supervision and the deviation of the content of supervision.Therefore,on the basis of a deep understanding of the connotation of 1+X certificate and relevant requirements,it is necessary to update the monitoring concept,expand the monitoring objects,innovate the monitoring technology,improve the monitoring system,and increase the participation of the monitoring subjects.
