摘 要:在舰船结构中,金属框架与复合材料层合板的连接方式将改变板架结构强度与刚度,影响板架结构的声振特性。为实现板架结构减振降噪的目的,开展层合板结构连接形式的优化研究。以提高板架结构声学水平为目标,建立基于声振控制的层合板结构螺栓布置优化模型。最后,开展谐激励力作用下螺栓连接层合板框架结构声辐射分析数值。通过数值计算,验证优化模型的可行性和有效性,研究成果可为解决层合板框架结构的设计及优化问题提供参考。In the naval vessels structure,the connection form of metal structure frame and composite laminate have important influence on the strength and stiffness,and it affects the vibro-acoustic characteristic of the frame structure.To vibration and noise,the optimization problem of connection form of composite laminate structure is discussed.In order to improve the acoustic readition level of the frame structure,the optimization formulation of the bolted connection for the composite laminate frame structure based on the acoustic control is established.In the present work,the numaerical analysis of acoustic radiation analysis of laminated frame structure with bolted connection under harmonic excitation is carried out.By numerical calculation,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified,and the results provide a technology support for the vibro-acoustic radiation problem of composite laminated plate frame structure.
