摘  要:固定压载是潜器确保重量重心平衡及稳性的重要措施,金属铅相对于传统灰铸铁,具有密度高、耐腐蚀等性能,是潜器固定压载材料应用的新方向。本文基于金属铅的物理化学特性,从制造、安装及安全防护等角度开展潜器铅压载的应用技术研究,可以看出环氧树脂以及铅复合结构是未来潜器铅压载应用的关键材料和应用方向,可为铅压载在潜器上的应用提供参考。Fixed ballast is an important measure for the submersible to ensure the balance and stability of the center of gravity.Compared with traditional gray cast iron,lead has the characteristics of high density and corrosion resistance,which is a new direction for the application of fixed ballast materials for submersible.Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of metal lead,this article will carry out research on the application technology of submersible lead ballast from the perspectives of production,installation and safety protection.It can be seen that the epoxy resin and lead composite structure is the key material and application direction of the future submersible lead ballast application,which can provide a reference for the application of lead ballast on the submersible.
