摘　　要：目的分析多发性硬化的研究现状和热点,为进一步的研究提供参考。方法检索PubMed数据库2014-2018年发表的有关多发性硬化的文献,运用BICOMB-2软件对文献资料进行提取和统计,利用NetDraw绘制社会网络图,并利用UCINET进行中心度分析,利用gCLUTO进行聚类分析。结果共11642篇文献纳入分析,刊载在1540种期刊上,英格兰、美国、荷兰、德国和瑞士5个国家发文量最多,H指数法抽取频次≥71次的主题词72个,构建多发性硬化共词社会网络图,直观展示了多发性硬化的知识分布,并通过中心性分析得到该领域的研究热点为多发性硬化的药物治疗;聚类分析结果显示了当前研究的7大主题:病理学研究、认知障碍研究、流行病学研究、免疫学研究、药物治疗、康复治疗、疾病进展研究。结论多发性硬化一直是国际上的热点领域,其研究的重点主要集中在多发性硬化的药物治疗、疾病进展和病理学等方面。Objective To analyze objectively and comprehensively the international research status,research hotspots of multiple sclerosis(MS)based on the visualized analysis software,so as to provided useful guidance and reference for further research of MS.Methods Papers about MS research issued from 2014 to 2018 were searched in the PubMed database.Information including author,country,publishing journal,publishing year,and subject headings were extracted and sorted by BICOMB-2 software.NetDraw was used to draw social relation diagrams,UCINET was used to conduct the centrality analysis,and the cluster analysis of subject headings was conducted by gCLUTO.Results A total of 11642 articles were included in this analysis and issued in the 1540 journals.The author of articles was dominated by England,the United States,Netherlands,Germany and Switzerland.Through the H-index method,72 subject headings with the co-occurrence frequency greater than 71 times were extracted.The social relation diagram of MS was drawn,and the knowledge distribution of MS was displayed intuitively.The centrality analysis indicated the research hotspot in this field was drug therapy of MS.Cluster analysis showed the research involved seven major topics,which were the study of pathology,the study of cognitive impairment,the epidemiological study,the study of immunologydrug therapy,the rehabilitation and the disease progression.Conclusion MS has always been a hot research field in the world,it mainly focuses on the drug therapy of multiple sclerosis,disease progression and pathology.
