摘　　要：加工中心操作工是模具制造行业的重要技术力量,成才需要良好的入门教育,需要职业教育全方位优化人才培养模式,面向企业、面向未来,重视培养基本职业能力与素养,帮助学生建立职业认同感,亦需要企业在用人过程中采取主动而有效的人才培养措施,较好的校企合作和完善的职教体系有助于初学者逐步成长为高质量的技能人才。MC operator plays an important role in die&mould manufacturing industry,whose career development needs good introductory education,comprehensively optimization of talent training mode in vocational education.Oriented to enterprises and the future,we should pay attention to cultivate the basic vocational ability and accomplishment,help students to establish a sense of professional identity.It is also necessary for enterprises to take active and effective measures to train talents in the process of employing people.The good school-enterprise cooperation and perfect vocational education system will help beginners to grow into high-quality talents with skills.
