摘  要:随着机电一体化技术专业标准及“1+X”职业证书制度的颁布,如何合理构建中高职长学制人才培养体系以适应区域产业的发展需求值得探索。以中高职两个层次的技术技能人才培养为研究内容,打造“中高企产教研”共同体,以“三耦合、三融合、三结合”为导向开展中高职长学制人才培养工作。引入《悉尼协议》核心理念及范式,耦合行业发展提升专业定位,耦合能力培养完善考核体系,耦合职业规划提升学生就业质量。融合中高职两阶段的人才培养方案、课程标准等内容,形成四阶递进的人才培养模块化课程。采用“做学结合、课证结合、工学结合”的模式,加大复合应用型人才的培养力度,创新中高职一体化人才培养模式。As the Country has published the professional standards of mechatronics technology and“1+X”vocational certificate system,it is worth exploring how to construct a long-term education system in secondary and higher vocational colleges to meet the development needs of regional industries.The training of technical and skilled talents in secondary and higher vocational education has been taken as the research content to build“a community of secondary and higher vocational colleges,enterprises,production,education and research”.Long-term educational system of talents training mode for secondary and higher vocational education has been guided by“three couplings,three integrations and three combinations”.Core concepts and paradigms of Sydney Agreement have been introduced.Professional positioning has been promoted by coupling industry development,the assessment system has been improved by coupling ability training,and the quality of students’employment has been improved by coupling career planning.The talents training plans,curriculum standards,etc.between secondary and higher vocational education have been integrated to form a four-step modular course of talents training.The cultivation of compound applied talents has been strengthened by“combination of doing and learning,combination of curriculum and certificate and combination of work and learning”to innovate the integrated talents training mode of secondary and higher vocational education.
