摘　　要：为改善传统夹具拆装实训教学中“进不去、看不见、动不了、难再现”的难题,本文采用虚拟现实技术构建夹具拆装虚拟实训系统,使得虚拟装配更加符合实际装配过程,这种实训教学方式更容易激发学生的学习兴趣,提高了夹具拆装实训教学的实训效果,满足了现代社会对高技能人才培养的需要。In order to improve the problem of"inaccessible,invisible,unmovable,and difficult to reproduce"in traditional practice teaching of fixture disassembly and assembly,this paper uses virtual reality technology to construct a fixture assembly and disassembly virtual training system,making virtual assembly more in line with the actual assembly process.This kind of training teaching method is easier to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve the practical training effect of fixture disassembly and assembly training teaching,and meet the needs of modern society for the cultivation of highly skilled personnel.
