茵陈蒿汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨茵陈蒿汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者的临床疗效。方法共收集72例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,接受茵陈蒿汤治疗,处方:茵陈18 g,栀子12 g,大黄(去皮)6 g。水煎内服,每日1剂,每日2次,治疗8周。治疗结束后,测量受试者的身高、体质量、血压等指标,并做肝脏超声检查。结果通过茵陈蒿汤治疗前后比较,患者的体质量指数(BMI)由治疗前的(27.6±2.5)kg·m-2降为(27.2±2.3)kg·m-2;患者体内的脂类指数[包括血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)]治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),血清尿酸浓度由治疗前的(5.9±0.6)mg·dl-1降为(5.2±0.5)mg·dl-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);肝脏超声检查结果显示NAFLD的病症亦有改善。结论茵陈蒿汤对非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床效果较好,可改善患者肝功能和减轻患者主要症状,用药安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 72 patients with NAFLD were treated with Yinchenhao Decoction.The prescription was:artemisia argyi 18 g,gardenia 12 g,rhubarb(peeled)6 g Those three herbs made into decoction,taken orally 1 dose per day,twice per day,and the treatment continued for 8 weeks.After the treatment,the patients’height,body mass,blood pressure and other indicators were measured,and ultrasound examination of the liver was performed.Results After treatment,the body mass index(BMI)of the patients decreased from(27.6±2.5)to(27.2±2.3)kg·m-2,and patients lipid indexes[including total serum cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG)]were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.001).Serum uric acid concentration decreased from(5.9±0.6)to(5.2±0.5)mg·dl-1 before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Ultrasound examination of the liver showed significant improvement in NAFLD.Conclusion Yinchenhao decoction has a significant clinical effect on patients with NAFLD,improving the liver function and relieving the main symptoms of patients,and be safe to use.
