基于绿色发展视野的高职特色人才培养路径探索

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高职院校应在新发展理念指引下走特色发展之路;培养适应产业发展需求的特色人才是高职院校打造办学特色的最重要方面和最终指向。高职院校应把培养“绿色人才”作为落实新发展理念的重要任务。四川工商职业技术学院基于“绿色人才”内涵和素质养成规律,通过研究“绿色人才”培养定位及专业人才培养方案,构建绿色教材与教学体系、创树绿色校园品牌活动、建设绿色校园学习环境、实施学生绿色素质考评等,初步探索了实现特色人才培养的方式与路径。As Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,higher vocational colleges should follow the path of characteristic development under the guidance of the new development concept.It is the most important aspect and ultimate direction for higher vocational colleges to cultivate the characteristic talents that meet the needs of industrial development.Higher vocational colleges should take the training of"green talents"as an important task to implement the new development concept.Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce is based on the connotation and quality of"green talents",and through the research of"green talents"training positioning and professional talent training programs,it builds green teaching materials and teaching systems,creates green campus brand activities,and builds a green campus learning environment,implements students’green quality assessment,etc.,initially explores the way and path to realize the cultivation of characteristic talents.
