摘　　要：为做好四川省深度贫困县环保类专业技术人才的定向培养工作,必须深入了解地方生态环境保护部门对人才的具体需求。通过问卷调查、座谈交流等方式对四川省“三州一市”(即甘孜州、阿坝州、凉山州和乐山市)的深度贫困县进行人才需求调研,分析调研结果,提出深度贫困地区环保类专业技术人才定向培养的实施意见。In order to do a good job in the targeted training of environmental protection professionals in deeply impoverished counties in Sichuan,it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the specific needs of local ecological and environmental protection departments for talents.By means of questionnaire survey,discussion and exchange,the talent demand of the"three states and one city"(namely Ganzi Prefecture,Aba Prefecture,Liangshan Prefecture and Leshan City)in Sichuan province was investigated,the research results were analyzed,and the implementation opinions on the directional training of environmental protection professional and technical personnel in the deep poverty areas were put forward.
