摘  要:目的研究三叶青多糖对人肝癌细胞凋亡诱导作用及机理,以为开发新型抗肿瘤药物提供理论依据。方法应用医学研究勘验对比法,选取2019年4月—2020年3月以来我院收治76例肝癌患者的临床资料,按照介入治疗环节是否应用三叶青多糖,等分为对照组(未施用组,CTX环磷酰胺)和试验组,临床实验和对比两组细胞凋亡有效率、Bcl-2、Bax和Survivin蛋白表达结果及其PXR受体调控的CYP3A诱导作用结果。结果试验组在Bcl-2、Bax和Survivin蛋白上优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PXR受体调控的CYP3A诱导作用结果表明,CYP3A mRNA的基础转录水平中CYP3A6、CYP3A4、CYP3A7均无显著增加。结论三叶青多糖对人肝癌细胞凋亡诱导作用明显,且整体上加速了细胞凋亡率,改善了Bcl-2、Bax和Survivin蛋白表达,并无基因转录影响,值得临床实践中大力实施推广。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of clover polysaccharide on apoptosis of human liver cancer cells in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of new antitumor drugs.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with liver cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected using the medical research investigation and comparison method,and they were divided into the test groups and the control group according to whether the clover green polysaccharide was applied during the interventional treatment.The control group(non-administration group,CTX cyclophosphamide)and the test group(administration group),clinical experiments and comparison of the two groups of apoptosis effectiveness,Bcl-2,Bax,and Survivin protein expression results and PXR receptor-regulated CYP3A induction results.Results The test group was better than the control group in Bcl-2,Bax and Survivin protein,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of CYP3A induction regulated by PXR receptor showed that CYP3A6,CYP3A4,and CYP3A7 did not increase significantly in the basic transcription level of CYP3A mRNA.Conclusion Sanyeqing polysaccharide has obvious effects on inducing apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells,and has accelerated the overall apoptosis rate,improved the expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Survivin proteins,and has no gene transcription effect,which is worthy of vigorous implementation in clinical practice Promotion.
