摘　　要：目的通过对基层医院引进眼内窥镜治疗眼内炎的临床分析,探讨使用内窥镜治疗眼内炎的疗效。方法对2017年3月~2019年6月佳木斯大学附属医院9例眼内炎患者进行分析,并观察其在内窥镜下行玻璃体切割术的疗效。结果患者术后恢复良好,随访最长至6个月,未见炎症复发。7例眼内炎患者视力有不同程度的提高。结论眼内窥镜下玻璃体切除手术是治疗眼内炎的有效手段。Objective To analyze the clinical introduction of ocular endoscopes for the treatment of endophthalmitis in primary hospitals,so as to investigate the efficacy of ocular endoscope for the treatment of endophthalmitis.Methods 9 cases of endophthalmitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from March 2017 to June 2019 were analyzed,and the efficacy of vitrectomy under endoscope was observed.Results The patient rehabilitated well after the operation and was followed up for up to 6 months with no relapse of inflammation.The vision of 7 patients with endophthalmitis was improved to varying degrees.Conclusion Ocular endoscopic vitrectomy is an effective method to treat endophthalmitis.
