摘 要:准确表征碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)加固钢筋混凝土(RC)构件的破坏行为是构建其加固设计理论的基础。采用混凝土塑性损伤模型来描述混凝土的受压和开裂行为,引入粘聚力模型来模拟CFRP与混凝土界面的粘结-滑移关系,应用有限元软件Abaqus建立CFRP加固RC梁的有限元模型,模拟了CFRP加固RC梁在三点弯曲载荷下的准静态破坏行为,并进行了验证实验。数值模拟和采用三维数字图像相关(DIC)方法的测试结果表明,受弯CFRP加固RC梁的准静态破坏过程可划分为:混凝土开裂、受拉钢筋屈服、受拉钢筋硬化、CFRP-混凝土界面局部损伤、CFRP局部剥离、CFRP完全剥离、RC梁残余变形等7个阶段,而且数值模拟与实验结果吻合得较好。Accurately characterizing the failure behavior of reinforced concrete(RC)members strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is the basis of its reinforcement design theory.In this paper,the concrete plasticity damage model was used to describe the compressive and cracking behavior of concrete,the introduction of cohesive force model to simulate the bonding-slip relationship of the interface between CFRP and concrete.The software Abaqus was used to build a finite element model for RC beam strengthened with CFRP,and the quasi static failure behavior of the strengthened beams under 3-point bending loads was simulated,and the verified experiments were carried out.Numerical simulation and testing results by 3D digital image correlation(DIC)method show that,the quasi static failure process of the RC beam strengthened with CFRP under 3-point bending loads can be divided into seven stages:concrete cracking,steel bar yield,steel bar hardening,CFRP-concrete interface local damage,CFRP local debonding,CFRP complete debonding,residual deformation of RC beam.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
