摘  要:将生物油用于道路工程建设是一种有效对废弃物回收利用的方法,已有研究表明生物油能够有效提高沥青高温性能和抗老化性。为研究废旧油脂生物油对水泥稳定碎石力学及其路用性能的影响,采用掺量为3%、5%、7%的生物油分别涂覆在粗集料上,对改性后的水泥稳定碎石进行了无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、干缩试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验。试验结果表明:与未改性水泥稳定碎石相比,生物油改性水泥稳定碎石早期抗压强度和劈裂强度均有所降低,随着龄期的增长,其强度接近于未改性水泥稳定碎石;废旧油脂生物油可以有效降低水泥稳定碎石的干缩系数,生物油改性水泥稳定碎石的疲劳寿命对应力水平的敏感性更小,且有效地减少了干缩裂缝的产生。将废旧油脂生物油用于改性水泥稳定碎石,增加了水泥稳定碎石的抗裂性,符合绿色、经济、环保发展要求。Applying the bio-oil for road engineering construction is an effective method of recycling waste.Existing studies have shown that bio-oil can effectively improve the high-temperature performance and aging resistance of neat asphalt.In order to study the mechanics property and road performance of waste bio-oil modified cement-stabilized crushed stone,the content of bio-oil is set to be 3%,5%,and 7%,and then it coated to the coarse aggregate.The unconfined compressive strength test,split strength test,dry shrinkage test and four-point bending fatigue test was used to evaluate the performance of the modified cement stabilized crushed stone.The results showed that,compared with the unmodified cement stabilized crushed stone,the early compressive strength and splitting strength of the waste bio-oil modified cement stabilized crushed stone are both reduced.The strength is close to that of the unmodified cement stabilized crushed stone with the age increased.Waste bio-oil can effectively reduce the drying shrinkage coefficient of cement stabilized crushed stone.The fatigue life of bio-oil modified cement stabilized crushed stone is less sensitive to stress level,which effectively reduces the dry shrinkage cracks produce.Applying waste bio-oil in cement-stabilized crushed stone increases its crack resistance.This meets the requirements of green,economic and environmental protection.
