摘 要:本研究探讨乳酸菌对青藏高原收种后虉草青贮饲料发酵品质和微生物群落的影响。设置对照、植物乳杆菌和布氏乳杆菌3个处理,测定其化学成分、发酵指标和细菌群落特征。结果表明,接种两种乳酸菌显著降低了虉草青贮饲料中细菌的多样性(P<0.05),改变了其细菌群落组成(P<0.05),但未影响虉草青贮饲料中乳杆菌属的相对丰富度。此外,接种布氏乳酸菌显著增加了虉草青贮饲料中乙酸(AA)和丙酸(PA)的含量(P<0.05),降低了丁酸(BA)和乙醇(Ethanol)的含量(P<0.05);接种植物乳杆菌显著降低了虉草青贮饲料的pH值(P<0.05),提高了乳酸(LA)的含量(P<0.05)。因而,接种乳酸菌改善了青藏高原收种后虉草青贮饲料的品质,且对其微生物群落产生一定影响。The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria(LAB)on the fermentation quality and microbial community of Phalaris L.silage on the Qinghai Tibetan Plateau.Three treatments,control,Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus buchneri,were set up to determine their chemical composition,fermentation index and bacterial community characteristics.The results showed that Inoculation of both lactic acid bacteria significantly reduced the bacterial diversity of Phalaris L.silage(P<0.05)and changed the bacterial community composition(P<0.05).But it did not affect the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in Phalaris L.silage.In addition,inoculating Lactobacillus brucei significantly increased acetic acid(AA)and propionic acid(PA)content(P<0.05)and decreased butyric acid(BA)and ethanol content(P<0.05),Inoculation of Lactobacillus plantarum significantly reduced the pH value(P<0.05)and increased lactic acid(LA)content in Phalaris L.silage(P<0.05).Therefore,inoculation with lactic acid bacteria improves the quality of Phalaris L.silage on the Qinghai Tibetan Plateau and has a certain impact on its microbial community.
