摘 要:目的:研究贲门癌中转录因子Snail及黏附因子E-cadherin的表达,并探讨与贲门癌的浸润、转移和分化程度之间的关系,以及两者之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测136例贲门癌组织和42例癌旁组织中Snail、E-cadherin的表达情况,分析两者在不同分化程度的贲门癌中的表达,以及与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:贲门癌组织Snail阳性率72.8%显著高于癌旁组织42.9%(P<0.05),Snail的表达与贲门癌不同分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关(P<0.05)。贲门癌组织E-cadherin的阳性率36.7%显著低于癌旁组织85.7%(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与贲门癌不同分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及远处转移有关(P<0.05)。贲门癌组织中Snail与E-cadhrin的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Snail蛋白高表达与E-cadherin蛋白低表达可能参与贲门癌浸润转移的发生,并且联合检测可作为其重要生物学标志,为贲门癌早期诊断和预后评估提供更多的理论依据。Objective:To investigate the expression of Snail and E-cadherin protein in Cardia cancer and evaluate their relationship with tumor invasion and metastases.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detected the expressions of Snail and E-cadherin protein,in 136 cases with Cardia cancer and 42 cases with Para-cancerous mucosa.The expression of Snail and E-cadherin in distinct differentiation Cardia cancer was analyzed and the relationship of them with clinic pathological feature was discussed.Results:The positive rate of Snail in Cardia cancer is 72.8%,which is significantly higher than that in Para-cancerous mucosa 42.9%(P<0.05).The expression of Snail is significantly related with the differential degree,the depth of tumor invasion,lymphoid metastases and distant metastases(P<0.05).The positive rate of E-cadherin in Cardia cancer is 36.7%,which is significantly lower than that in Para-cancerous mucosa 85.7%(P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin is significantly related with the differential degree,depth of tumor invasion,lymphoid metastases and distant metastases(P<0.05).There is negative correction between the expression of Snail and E-cadherin protein in Cardia cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of Snail and low expression of E-cadherin in Cardia cancer are related to depth of tumor invasion and metastases,which are important biological markers.The combined detection of Snail and E-cadherin can contribute to early diagnosis and the evaluation of prognosis.
