新时代民办本科高校转型发展分析

摘　　要：为落实国家战略部署,调整高等教育结构,更好地服务区域经济社会应用型人才需求,实现自身健康可持续发展,民办本科高校转型发展势在必行。然而,由于办学时间短,基础能力相对薄弱,在求生存、促发展、创品牌等方面困难重重,民办本科高校体制机制改革面临诸多挑战。建议民办本科高校从学校内部治理体系、人才培养模式、教师队伍建设、教学模式、创新创业教育、科研发展、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流与合作、资源保障等方面进行改革探索,同时争取政策和环境支持,提升人才培养与经济社会发展的契合度。In order to implement the national strategic deployment,adjust the structure of higher education,better serve the needs of regional economic and social application-oriented talents and their own healthy and sustainable development,the transformation and development of private universities is imperative.However,due to the short running time and the relatively weak basic ability,there are many difficulties in survival,development and brand creation.Private universities face many internal and external challenges in the process of institutional reform and transformation.In order to cope with the challenges,private universities should reform and explore their system and mechanism from ten aspects:internal governance system,personnel training mode,teachers′team building,teaching mode,innovation and entrepreneurship education,scientific research development,social services,cultural heritage and innovation,international exchange and cooperation,and resource security.At the same time,we should strive for policy and environmental support to enhance the compatibility between talent training and economic and social development.
