摘　　要：目的探讨臀大肌肌瓣结合皮瓣治疗褥疮合并坐骨结节囊肿的疗效。方法 2011年1月至2019年9月,共收治褥疮合并坐骨结节囊肿患者14例,行褥疮和坐骨结节囊肿切除手术,所有患者均一期用臀大肌肌瓣结合任意皮瓣修复创面。结果 2例患者术后皮瓣切口部分裂开,分别在二期缝合和小面积植皮后愈合;其余患者术后愈合良好。结论臀大肌肌瓣结合皮瓣修复创面是治疗褥疮合并坐骨结节囊肿的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of the transposition of the gluteus maximus muscle flap combined with skin flap for the repair of decubitus with ischial tubercle cyst.Methods From January 2011 to September 2019,14 patients of decubitus with ischial tubercle cyst were enrolled.The decubitus and ischial cyst were resected,and the wounds were repaired by gluteus maximus muscle flap combined with random skin flap in one stage.Results Two patients had partial incision dehiscence after operation,and were healed after secondary suture and small area skin grafting,respectively.The remaining patients healed well after surgery.Conclusion Gluteus maximus muscle flap combined with random flap is an effective method for the treatment of decubitus with ischial tubercle cyst.
