摘 要:目的评价数字化口内扫描和三维模型分析技术在口腔临床教学中的应用效果。方法以口腔临床医学专业本科学生40人为研究对象,并将随机分为A、B两组。A组进行数字化口内扫描和三维模型分析教学,B组进行传统藻酸盐印模制取和石膏模型分析教学。分别比较两组学生掌握模型分析方法及其测量准确度的差异。所有学生分别对两种教学模式进行评分,并采用问卷调查形式分析学生对两种教学模式的评价。结果与教师测量的基准值相比,两种教学模式在牙弓长度、牙弓宽度、前牙覆牙合及覆盖的测量结果上无明显差异(P>0.05),而在Spee曲线曲度、牙列拥挤度和Bolton指数测量项目上,与教师测量的基准值相比,数字化教学模式的测量差值小于传统教学模式,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。学生对数字化和传统教学模式的评分分别为(8.95±0.65)分和(7.52±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,学生普遍接受并认同口腔数字化技术在临床教学中的开展,认为数字化技术的应用可重复性良好,有利于临床实践技能的提升。结论数字化口内扫描和三维模型分析技术有助于提高学生数字化思维及三维模型分析阅读能力,可完善和提升口腔临床教学实践的应用效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of digital intraoral scanning and three-dimensional model analysis technology in clinical teaching of stomatology.Methods A total of 40 students majoring in oral clinical medicine were randomly divided into group A and B.Group A received digital intraoral scanning and three-dimensional model analysis teaching,while group B received traditional alginate impression preparation and dental plaster model analysis teaching.The effects of digital and traditional teaching method on students'learning of model analysis were compared,as well as their measurement accuracy.All the students were asked to grade digital and traditional teaching method separately,and these two teaching methods were evaluated in the form of questionnaires.Results Compared with the teacher′s reference value,there was no significant difference in the measurement result of dental arch length,arch width,anterior overbite and overjet between the two teaching methods(P>0.05).However,in the measurement items of Spee's curve,dental crowding and Bolton index,the measurement error of digital teaching method was smaller than those of traditional teaching method(P<0.05).The students'score of digital teaching method and traditional teaching method was 8.95±0.65 and 7.52±0.56 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey showed that the application of oral digital technology in clinical teaching of stomatology was accepted and recognized.Digital technology with good repeatability was conducive to the improvement of clinical practical skills.Conclusion Digital intraoral scanning and three-dimensional model analysis technology are helpful to improve the reading ability of the students in digital model analysis,so as to improve and enhance the effect of oral clinical teaching practice.
