摘　　要：构建科学合理的就业质量评价指标体系是切实了解高校毕业生就业质量情况的关键。尚未形成一套统一的、普遍认同的就业质量评价指标体系是高校毕业生就业质量评价指标研究中存在的最主要问题。在明晰高校毕业生就业质量概念内涵的基础上,通过对既有高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系研究的深入分析,初步构建高校毕业生就业质量评价指标层次框架,旨在为研究者提供一个更为系统全面、清晰客观且普遍认同的高校毕业生就业质量的“全息图像”。Developing a scientific evaluation indicator system of employment quality is a key issue of understanding the employment quality of college graduates.It is the most important problem in the study of the employment quality evaluation indicator system that has not yet formed a unified and broadly recognized evaluation indicator system of employment quality of college graduates.By clarifying the connotation of the concept of employment quality of college graduates,this study analyzes the existing evaluation indicator system of employment quality of college graduates,and initially constructs the hierarchical framework of evaluation indicator system of employment quality of college graduates,aiming to provide researchers with a more systematic,comprehensive,clear and objective and highly recognized“whole picture”of employment quality of college graduates.
