摘　　要：肝胆管结石,病程迁延反复,导致患者的诊疗依从性及医生的诊疗可持续性较差。为加强医患沟通桥梁构架,增强医患互信,有效的储存和管理肝胆管结石病患者临床资料并进行分析。本文利用wampserwer集成平台建立基于B/S构架的医患双方可共享的肝胆管结石疾病远程管理系统,总结了系统开发的相关技术及总体设计情况,分析了系统的建设及应用情况,旨在方便临床管理和随访,提高我院肝胆管结石病的诊治和科研水平。Hepatolithiasis,the course of the disease is protracted and repeated,resulting in poor compliance of patients with diagnosis and treatment and poor sustainability of diagnosis and treatment by doctors.In order to strengthen the bridge structure of doctor-patient communication and enhance mutual trust between doctors and patients,effective storage and management of clinical data of patients with hepatolithiasis and analysis.This article uses the wampserwer integrated platform to establish a remote management system for hepatolithiasis based on the B/S framework that can be shared by both doctors and patients.Clinical management and follow-up improve the diagnosis,treatment and scientific research level of hepatobiliary calculi in our hospital.
