偏心注视性弱视的治疗研究

摘　　要：弱视为小儿眼科门诊中常见的疾病,其主要表现为视力低下及视功能异常。该病根据注视性质的不同分为中心注视性弱视与偏心注视性弱视,其中偏心注视性弱视的治疗疗程长,效果差,给临床工作带来一定的挑战。为此,本文基于近年来国内外学者对偏心注视性弱视的认识变化,对偏心注视的治疗现状作一综述,旨在为临床治疗该病提供帮助。Weakness is regarded as a common disease in pediatric ophthalmology clinics,and its main manifestations are low vision and abnormal visual function.The disease is divided into central fixation amblyopia and eccentric fixation amblyopia according to the nature of fixation.The treatment of eccentric fixation amblyopia has a long treatment course and poor results,which brings certain challenges to clinical work.For this reason,based on the changes in the understanding of eccentric gaze amblyopia by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,this article reviews the current status of the treatment of eccentric gaze,aiming to provide help for the clinical treatment of the disease.
