摘　　要：目的探究自体血清对角膜深层异物剔除术后角膜恢复的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年4月本院门诊收治的80例角膜深层异物患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予广谱抗生素常规治疗,观察组给予自体血清和广谱抗生素联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗后角膜水肿情况、荧光素染色情况和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者的临床疗效总有效率(85.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.267,P=0.039);治疗后观察组角膜水肿情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.315,P=0.021);治疗后观察组荧光素染色评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.817,P=0.000);观察组总不良反应发生率(5.00%)与对照组(5.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P=1.000)。结论自体血清可促进角膜上皮修复,对角膜深层异物剔除术后恢复疗效显著,且安全无副作用,在临床上有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of self serum on corneal recovery after corneal deep foreign body removal.Methods Eighty patients with deep corneal foreign body admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was given broad-spectrum antibiotics for routine medication,and the observation group was given a combination of their self serum and broad-spectrum antibiotics.The clinical efficacy,corneal edema after treatment,fluorescein staining,and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of the observation group after treatment(85.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.267,P=0.039).The edema after treatment was better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.315,P=0.021).The fluorescein staining score was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.817,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of total adverse reactions between the observation group(5.00%)and the control group(5.00%),(χ2=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion Self serum can promote corneal epithelial repair,and has a significant recovery effect after corneal deep foreign body removal.It has the characteristics of safety and no side effects,and has high clinical application value.
