摘 要:[牙合]作为口颌系统一种状态,涉及牙齿、下颌骨、颞下颌关节和咀嚼肌系统等解剖结构,影响整个口腔生理与运动功能。由于[牙合]因素与颞下颌关节解剖结构的复杂性,[牙合]紊乱造成颞下颌关节紊乱病发生,而大多数临床医生不清楚[牙合]与颞下颌关节紊乱病之间的关系,表现在对颞下颌关节紊乱病的诊断及其不当的[牙合]治疗上,因此阐明二者之间的关系尤为重要。本文主要就[牙合]特征、实验研究和[牙合]治疗在颞下颌关节紊乱病中的研究进行综述,以此提醒临床医师注重颞下颌关节紊乱病中[牙合]干扰的探查与治疗,同时为今后的研究和临床治疗提供参考。As a state of the oral and maxillofacial system,occlusion involves the anatomical structure such as teeth,mandible,temporomandibular joint(TMJ)and masticatory muscles system,which affects the whole oral physiological and motor functions.Occlusal disharmony leads to temporomandibular disorders(TMDs)due to the complexity of occlusal factors and the anatomical structure of TMJ,while the relationship between occlusion and TMDs remains unclear for the vast majority of clinicians,which may prove to be reflected in diagnostic and inappropriate occlusal treatment for the management of TMDs,therefore,it is very important to clarify the relationship between occlusion and TMDs.This review is about the occlusal features,experimental research and treatment in TMDs,in order to remind clinicians to pay attention to the exploration and treatment of occlusal interference in TMDs,and provide reference for future research and clinical treatment.
