摘　　要：县域经济是区域经济高质量发展和一体化发展的重要组成部分和关键环节。因应新时期高质量发展、区域协同发展、发展困境突破等新态势新要求,县域经济转型路径从过去单纯依靠自力更生转型或依赖外生力量为主带动发展,逐渐转向"内外融合型"的新方向。在深刻把握发展态势和县域经济转型内涵的基础上,系统构建由价值维度、目标维度、主体维度、资源维度、实施维度构成的五维分析框架,提出新时期县域经济转型发展的路径,即以重塑区域价值为核心、以重构综合目标体系为引领、以激活多元主体动力为关键、以内外部资源配置优化为支撑、以注重战略转化落实为保障,协同推进县域经济转型发展。County economy is an important part and key link of the high-quality and integrated development of regional economy.In response to the new situation and new requirements of high-quality development,regional coordinated development and development dilemma breakthrough in the new era,the transformation path of county economy has gradually shifted from relying solely on self-reliance transformation or relying on external forces to drive development,to the new direction of"internal and external integration".On the basis of profoundly grasping the development trend and the connotation of county economy transformation,the five-dimensional analysis framework of county economic transformation is constructed,which is consisted by value dimension,target dimension,subject dimension,resource dimension and implementation dimension.Then the paper puts forward some suggestions on the transformation and development path of county economy,combining together to promote the development of county economy transformation,such as reconstructing regional value as the core,reconstructing the multi-objective system as the guide,stimulating the participation of the whole region as the key,supporting the linkage of internal superior resources and external high-end elements,and focusing on the combination of strategy formulation and strategy application.
